Corrosion Reistant Filter Housings

Specifications in the packaging industry increasingly call for stainless steel and otherwise corrosion resistant filter housings, as well as HEPA filter elements. Waterfall cap sorters and air conveying equipment, CSE's core product lines require filter housings and often HEPA filtration. Purchasing filter housings that meet these stringent requirements was always expensive and usually long lead time. For internal use, CSE developed stainless steel and plastic filter housing designs that meet our customers' requirements while remaining cost competitive and avoiding long lead times. These designs are now available for purchase, from stock, for 1-2 week delivery, in three physical sizes - small cylindrical, large cylindrical, and square.

Round Filter Housings

Our round filter housings are a cost-effective solution for many applications. We offer two sizes to cover many applications, both standard filtration and HEPA.

Priced at $250, the small filter housing takes a 5.75" OD x 3.63" ID x 4.88" HT filter, equivalent to a Solberg 31P filter.

Priced at $1,500, the large filter housing takes a 11.75" OD x 8.00" ID x 9.62" HT filter, equivalent to a Solberg 274P or HE274P filter.

Square Filter Housings

Starting at $3,000, our square filter housings provide a solution for high-flow HEPA applications up to 2000 cfm.

This filter housing is designed to take a 24" x 24" x 12" square HEPA filter with a 24" x 24" x 2" prefilter.

We offer a mounting frame to accept a blower with this filter housing in a small footprint.
